Our Global Shipping Partner is DHL Express.

We have chosen to work with DHL Express because of their outstanding service, reach and ability to safely get packaged to their destination.

Our Policy:

It is our non-negotiable policy to ship all of our items with insurance in accordance with the value of the item. The insurance protects both parties in the case of loss or damage in transit. 

The purchaser is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees associated with the import of any item from Kingdom of Antique Arts. Every country has its own import regulations and it would be wise to check with your countries regulations before purchase.
DHL Express has a customs service to make sure that all items will properly clear customs and that is another reason we chose to use DHL for both our ease and your ease. 

We can provide a rough, non-binding, estimate on duties and taxes. We are not experts in every countries regulations and urge you to check your country's policies, laws and speak to any relevant departments if you have questions about importing items.

Our shipping prices reflect the shipping rate, plus insurance and fuel surcharge. In the EU/EEA area there is also a tax of 20% on shipping rates. 

Shipping Times:

Currently, due to Covid-19, there are massive global delays in shipping that we have no control over and customs may have delays as well. Our global prices for are for standard 7-10 business days. We do ask for your patience when waiting for a package. 

We do not offer overnight shipping at current as we have been informed that is impossible.
